Community: Monday Funday Winner 🏆

Image
We have a winner!!   Monday was a VERY snowy, cold President's Day. In our Simplyscraphappy Community , I hosted a little " Monday Funday " photo posting thread, and I think it lived up to it's name.  It's always fun to learn more about each other, and connect across the miles with our fellow crafters.  The group is primarily for those who attend my local events, in Western New York, but we do have some who travel or are friends of mine from other places! We had participants from WNY, Pennsylvania, and Massachusetts yesterday!  We also have Michigan, Ohio and Florida members in our group. So fun. We had about a dozen girls join in the photo posting fun, snapping and sharing.  There were three posts.  #1: 📸 your feet The running theme was definitely slippers... but we did have one superstar in the bunch who shared her pretty, manicured feet with gorgeous cherry toenail polish!  (Go, Deb!) #2: 📸 your favorite water bottle Staying hydr...

Simply Scrapbooking #2 : Choosing Photos

On the contrary, if I had chosen a broader mixture of subjects, it would be hard to know what stamps and embellishments might work.   I also find that laying them out on top of my paper pack helps me to choose a collection that flows seamlessly togeth...

February Paper Pumpkin: order by 2/10

It's that time again!  If you'd like to jump on this opportunity to grab a delightful activity for this wintry month, you'll want to do so in the next few days.  February 10 is the deadline for this month's Paper Pumpkin! I love the great value and simplicity of our Paper Pumpkin kits. This summer, a friend and I got together at our local coffee shop, so we could grab a brunch item, and craft together.  It truly is all inclusive, and stress-free. Nice for grab and go creating. We found these kits to have plenty to share between two or three people!  Splitting a kit was perfect for us, to each take home a few cards. FEBRUARY'S KIT - SNEAK PEEK!  This month, we dive right into thoughts of spring!  I see some beautiful colors and styles corners popping out ...  I think this envelope is styled to look like a seed packet, don't you? I can't wait to see what's inside! Don't forget, every Paper Pumpkin kits comes with t...
